Q: I am being asked for my MPI Partners ID to verify my training. What does this mean?
A: In order to access MPI Connect and all of its features, we must first confirm you have completed the required training. To do this, we need your MPI Partners ID. This is the user ID you use to log into Brokers On-Line and MPILearn.

Q: I provided my MPI Partners ID yesterday and still cannot access MPI Connect. Why?
A: We need to verify that you have completed the required training before you can access MPI Connect. This is a manual process and may take 1-2 business days. If three days have passed since you provided your MPI Partners ID and you still cannot access MPI Connect, please contact the Broker Training Department by emailing mpilearnbrokers@mpi.mb.ca.

A: MPI Connect can be used with most current browsers. We recommend using Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
